Due to the digital nature of our products (such as ebooks, flashcards, templates, coloring pages, planners, and more), all sales are final. Once your files are delivered and/or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded.

To cancel your order, email us at hello@newgen.diy with your order number and reason for the cancellation.

Refunds Not Accepted For:

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

✔ Change of mind

✔ Incorrect email address submitted

✔ Lack of software or app compatibility (please read product descriptions carefully)

✔ Failure to download or access the files (unless we confirm a technical issue on our end)

Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive your digital files instantly via email or through your account dashboard. If you don’t receive your download link:

Check your spam or junk folder.

We’ll make sure you get your files promptly.
